In addition, it sold a three-storey, 22,000 sq ft office block in Maidenhead, Berkshire, at 22 Market Street (pictured) to Palace Capital for £10.25m. The landlord refurbished the building in 2020 and let it to Techtronics Industries EMEA before selling it.
“Having achieved our planned asset management objectives and stabilised the assets, these disposals obtain maximum value for the investors,” said Adam James, asset management director at Clearbell Capital. “There is no doubt that demand remains strong for well-located, stable investments.”
Gerald Eve advised the seller on all three transactions. Knight Frank advised Threadneedle Pensions.
