Citygrove wins PRS planning in Newcastle

Citygrove Securities has received planning for a 26-storey residential scheme in Newcastle. Newcastle City Council’s planning committee approved plans for the 162-home scheme on Rutherford Street, fronting St James Boulevard. The scheme was designed by FaulknerBrowns.
