Chinese Estates Holdings appoints Fleet Street office manager

Workman has been appointed by Joseph Lau’s Chinese Estates Holdings to manage 120 Fleet Street, EC4, known as River Court. The firm will provide property management services for the 450,000 sq ft of office and retail space arranged over the grade II listed property’s 12 floors. Originally built as home for the Daily Express, River Court was most recently occupied by Goldman Sachs for 20 years, until the firm relocated to its new London headquarters last year at 25 Shoe Lane, EC4. In February 2019, Chinese Estates Holdings brought in CO-RE to work on a redevelopment of the property.
