CC Land partners with Cureoscity on new digital platform for Cheesegrater

CC Land has appointed proptech firm Cureoscity to create a new customer experience platform to support the return of its tenants at the Cheesegrater, EC3. The platform will be available via an app and provide access to the building through an e-building pass to minimise surface contact for staff on site. It will deliver updates on Covid-19 and social distancing procedures, as well details on the building’s capacity and emergency contacts. Tenants will also be given updates on public transport delays. For the building’s management team the app will provide data on space usage and help them manage the flow of people through the building, and enable the team to push notifications to occupiers within a 500m radius. In addition, the app will provide occupiers staying at home with LED-Fit classes and LED-Talks seminars to replace those that would usually take place on the 42nd floor of the building and public galleria. Health and nutrition tips will also be provided via the app, along with building updates and information on events taking place at the building later in the year.
