CBRE rises to the top of Radius Data Exchange’s office disposal league table for the Western Corridor, after transacting 773,000 sq ft across 26 deals, an increase of 490,000 sq ft.
This was helped by acting on the largest deal of the year, the 121,000 sq ft assignment by IQVIA to Virgin Media for its new UK headquarters at 500 Brook Drive, Green Park.
The number of deals transacted has risen slightly to 706 this year, up from 683 last year. The average deal size has also increased by 7.5% to 6,069 sq ft.
