CBRE soars to top of M1 Radius league table

CBRE tops EG’s Radius Data Exchange M1 league table in 2019 with a significant increase from last year in number of deals and square footage. The average deal size for the agent soared by 122% year on year, from 6,072 sq ft in 2018 to 13,491 sq ft in 2019. CBRE and Avison Young Commercial Real Estate took the largest deal in the region – Floors 1, 2 & 3 at 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes – which came to a total of 42,878 sq ft, according to Radius Data Exchange. The average deal size within the market has risen by 1,302 sq ft to 3,965 sq ft. Overall take-up rose 47% year on year, with 745,499 sq ft transacted in the past 12 months.
