CBRE has promoted Bruce Robertson to head of its UK industrial and logistics sector team.
He has led the agency’s European supply chain advisory team since joining CBRE seven years ago.
Robertson said: “We see there being a long-term positive outlook for the UK logistics market, with prime rental growth above pre-pandemic averages and resilient occupier demand, which is in turn fuelling investment activity.
“Our research shows that investors across Europe are eyeing logistics as one of the leading sectors for capital deployment, and I look forward to working with the team to further develop CBRE’s market position.”
