Hamilton has more than 30 years of experience in delivering strategic real estate advice to major corporate occupier clients. While most of his career has been with CBRE, he also spent five years at Goldman Sachs, where he led corporate real estate transaction strategy and execution across EMEA.
Hamilton has held various senior positions at CBRE, including leading the firm’s European occupier portfolio transformation team, overseeing the flex advisory business and managing key global accounts. He will report to Julie Ennis, who joined CBRE in May last year to lead its UK occupier business.
Hamilton said: “CBRE has an outstanding occupier business; however, there are still many opportunities to bring together the very best of CBRE to offer our clients truly differentiated outcomes.
“Our occupier clients continue to be challenged by their leadership to innovate and deliver more value, and I believe we are perfectly positioned to support them through long-term, trusted relationships.”
