A bumper half-year for CBRE saw the national agent take top spot in EG’s industrial agent rankings for the first half of 2017.
At more than 5.5m sq ft, the company transacted the most amount of space of any agent, and almost 2m sq ft more than second-placed Cushman & Wakefield.
CBRE acted on some of the largest deals so far this year, all located in the West Midlands, including 645,000 sq ft for XPO Supply Chain UK in Tamworth, 556,000 sq ft for Jaguar Land Rover at Tyrefort, and 460,000 sq ft for Amazon at Lyons Park in Coventry.
