CBRE Global Investors has recruited Christina Forrest as head of portfolio management for the European Value Partners series.
Forrest, who joins from specialist retail fund Pradera, will be responsible for overseeing the program’s portfolio of operating partners and internally managed assets.
Charles Baigler, fund manager of the company’s EVP series, said: “After the successful €1bn close of Europe Value Partners 2, Christina’s appointment is well-timed. With her strong record in the value-add space, we have appointed a talented investment professional to help the team build on the success of the EVP series.”
