CBRE duo join Colliers national capital markets team

Colliers International has poached CBRE’s Peter Arduino and Matt Chambers as it continues to expand its National Capital Markets division. [caption id="attachment_959584" align="alignright" width="200"] Peter Arduino[/caption] Arduino joins Colliers as a director after more than nine years heading up CBRE’s Portfolio Capital Markets and Industrial Investment teams. Chambers is joining Colliers as an associate director having spent the past five years within CBRE’s Investment Properties team, working alongside Arduino. The pair have worked on several major portfolio transactions over the past year, including the disposal of a retail portfolio for Topland for £420m and the sale of Telereal Trillium’s Hayhill Portfolio for £280m.
