Caudwell appoints chief exec for France
Caudwell Collection, the property business from billionaire Phones4U founder John Caudwell, has appointed a new chief executive for its portfolio in the South of France.
Reynald Lapitz joins the luxury property developer from VINCI Construction.
He will look after Caudwell’s portfolio in the South of France, including the Parc du Cap (pictured) and Les Oliviers developments in Cap d’Antives.

Reynald Lapitz joins the luxury property developer from VINCI Construction.
He will look after Caudwell’s portfolio in the South of France, including the Parc du Cap (pictured) and Les Oliviers developments in Cap d’Antives.
Lapitz has 20 years of experience in construction companies, leading projects in France, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Qatar, Romania and Poland.
He spent 15 years at VINCI, most recently as a director, and last year oversaw the £84m restoration of London’s Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
