SpaMedica has signed a 10-year lease on Carlyle House in Cambridge.
The cataract surgery provider will occupy the entire 10,628 sq ft building, which has undergone comprehensive refurbishment, at £37.5 per sq ft.
The deal marks the firm’s first move into the region.
Bidwells acted on behalf of landlord Longmead Capital as the sole agent.
