Catalyst COO moves to Taylor Wimpey
Catalyst COO Rachael Dennis is to join Taylor Wimpey as South East regional MD in the late spring.
Her role will be replaced by an executive director of group finance and an executive director overseeing operations.
Dennis has worked at housing association Catalyst for five years, and within the social housing sector for 20 years.

Her role will be replaced by an executive director of group finance and an executive director overseeing operations.
Dennis has worked at housing association Catalyst for five years, and within the social housing sector for 20 years.
She said: “After nearly five fulfilling years I have decided to take up a new and exciting personal challenge.
“Catalyst is a great organisation and one I am proud to have been a part in leading. Having worked quite closely with Ian [McDermott, CEO] over the last six months I know that he will take the organisation to an exciting next level of growth and excellence.”
Ian McDermott, CEO of Catalyst, said: “Rachael is a great talent and leaves the organisation in strong financial health, and having made real progress in improving services for our customers.”
A spokesperson from Taylor Wimpey said: “Her previous experience and significant achievements at Catalyst will be a great asset in her new role, and she will add another positive female role model to the Company.”
Dennis joined Catalyst in 2014 as executive director of finance. She was appointed COO in March 2017, taking on responsibility for customer services, finance, IT and strategy delivery.
