Carl’s Jr rolls out UK expansion

Fast food fans will be happy to hear that Californian brand Carl’s Jr is coming to the UK. Carl’s Jr has instructed specialist business property adviser Christie & Co to support its launch into the UK market. Christie & Co will be looking for several franchise partners to roll out the quick service restaurant brand in and around major towns and cities across the country. It will target hospitality entrepreneurs and investment groups which can open at least 20 restaurants in their respective region in the next few years. The UK is seen as the next step for Carl’s Jr following an expansion drive in mainland Europe. It now has more than 80 sites European sites and over the past six years has doubled its growth, taking its international footprint to 1,000-plus restaurants in 40 countries.
