Canary Wharf development director heads to Hudson Advisors
A director of development at Canary Wharf Group has left the company after more than two decades to take a role with Hudson Advisors, the asset manager of private equity firm Lone Star.
Andrew Heath-Richardson starts with Hudson Advisors in January as co-head of development in Europe, working in its real estate asset management group.
He will be joined by fellow co-head Robert Rankin, who was most recently a managing director at ICG Longbow.

Heath-Richardson and Rankin will both report to Jan-Christoph Duedden, Hudson Advisors’ head of commercial real estate for Europe.
Heath-Richardson joined CWG in 1998 as project manager. As director of development he was responsible for delivery of commercial, residential, retail and public projects on the estate and elsewhere in London, including Wood Wharf and the Walkie Talkie tower in the City.
Since it was established more than two decades ago, Hudson Advisors has provided underwriting, asset management and other services to more than 1m assets, with a purchase price of over $219bn.
