Revurban Developers has received planning approval for a new fire station in Cambridge, along with a complex of 131 apartments, a restaurant and car parking. The proposals were initially refused in November 2006, but after an inquiry the planning inspector decided the development should be allowed to go ahead. Eversheds acted on behalf of the developers and the consultant team includes QuBE planning consultants and Glenn Howells Architects.
