Bruntwood unveils redevelopment plans for flagship Pioneer building

Bruntwood has submitted plans to redevelop Alberton House, in Manchester city centre, into a workspace and leisure hub.

The developer is seeking to replace the existing building at 30 St Mary’s Parsonage with an 18-storey office tower featuring rooftop pool, hot and cold treatment rooms, fitness studio, yoga terrace, physio room, and changing and shower facilities.

On the 17th floor, Bruntwood plans a landscaped panoramic roof terrace with views across the city, a gym and a food and beverage outlet.
