Bruntwood signs quartet of tenants at Manchester’s Marsland House

Bruntwood has agreed four new leases at its Marsland workspace in Sale, Greater Manchester. Property manager Xenia Estates, tech start-up Net Hub, advisory firm Delta Consulting and motoring accessories specialist Streetwize have collectively taken 6,935 sq ft of workspace. Marsland House, on Marsland Road, has been recently redeveloped from large floor spaces into a new split scheme with a range of small leased suites suitable for businesses that want the flexibility of planning and managing their own office, with the opportunity to expand. The lettings come as Bruntwood responds to increased demand for small-scale workspaces in town centre locations from both growing businesses and established companies looking for a suburban base. A new range of small leased workspaces were also introduced at Bruntwood’s nearby Trafford House in Old Trafford and a new serviced office scheme at Station House in Altrincham. Sharon Johnson, head of commercial at Bruntwood, said: “From our conversations with start-ups and growing businesses, we know that they are looking for inspiring workspaces that support productivity and collaboration, and the benefits of easy transport links to the city centre.
