Brand experience agency the Fresh Group has become the latest occupier to sign up for space at Bruntwood SciTech’s Union in Manchester city centre.
The 10-year deal with a five-year break was signed for 4,613 sq ft of fully fitted and furnished workspace at £38 per sq ft in a move to expand the business.
The company has relocated its headquarters from Cheadle Royal Business Park, where it had spent the past 10 years.
