Bruntwood launches co-working space at Alderley Park
Bruntwood SciTech has launched a co-working space offering at its Glasshouse development in Alderley Park, Greater Manchester.
The workspace offering, to be known as Nest, is expected to become a hub for tech companies, specialising in software development, digital health, AI, gaming, fintech and app development.
The tenants will benefit from access to tech-enabled meeting rooms with cloud-controlled access and indoor air quality sensors and monitoring.

In addition to co-working space, Bruntwood SciTech has also rolled out up to 7,500 sq ft of managed office space.
Josh Whiteley, head of commercial for Bruntwood SciTech, said: “The creation of Nest is an evolution of the existing offering at Glasshouse and will bolster its already thriving innovation cluster by providing a relaxed, creative space where future-facing businesses can incubate, expand their ideas and grow.”
Glasshouse forms part of the 400-acre Alderley Park, with plans currently being developed for an additional 200,000 sq ft of space.
Existing tenants at Glasshouse include Airship Interactive and SAP.
