Brokerage firm OB has signed for almost 20,000 sq ft at 10 Fleet Place, EC4.
The company, which provides a broking service to the oil trading community, will move to the recently refurbished third floor of the building.
The space has been let on a 10-year lease, with an upwards-only rent review basis every fifth year of the term.
In addition, existing tenant Mott MacDonald has moved from the fourth and second floors into the newly refurbished space on the first and second floors.
The firm is taking 19,884 sq ft on the first floor on a lease until the end of April 2040 and re-gearing a lease on the second floor, totalling 19,888 sq ft, to run to the same date.
David Dalrymple, partner at Addington Capital, which manages the asset on behalf of Hong Kong owner Crosby Group, said: “We invested during the past two years to improve the environmental credentials of the building and also in the wider facilities, to make it more attractive to occupiers.
“This investment has paid off. We now have a list of blue-chip and respected tenants, all on favourable lease terms.”
Other tenants in the building include Interpath Advisory, Simon Kucher, Hogan Lovells, Knotel and CNBC.
Around 30,000 sq ft remains available to let.
Ingleby Trice acted for Addington Capital. Kontor was representing OB.
