British Land’s redevelopment of 100 Liverpool Street, EC2, has been shortlisted for the Stirling Prize.
The 520,000 sq ft scheme has transformed a 1980s office block into the net zero heart of British Land’s Broadgate campus.
The nomination sees London dominating the Royal Institute of British Architects shortlist for the first time in two decades, with four buildings out of six.
