British Land has revealed plans to reposition its Broadgate Tower, a 34-storey office building at the Broadgate campus in the City of London.
The redevelopment will add three storeys and a 6,200 sq ft terrace, refurbish the other floors, and add new amenities and end-of-trip facilities. Work will also be carried out on Broadgate Plaza.
David Lockyer, head of development at British Land, said: “This is another significant milestone for both the campus and the wider City as we deliver another office tower into a market where there is short supply of high quality, modern space but very high demand.”
The project is expected to complete in late 2026.
