British Land secures seven new tenants for 100 Liverpool Street
British Land has signed prelets with a new gym operator and six retailers for its development at 100 Liverpool Street, EC2.
The deals take total retail occupancy at the 520,000 sq ft development to 83%, excluding food and beverage lettings.
Only two units remain vacant at the scheme, which sits within the landlord’s Broadgate campus.

German gym operator John Reed will be opening a 22,000 sq ft gym, marking its debut in the UK.
Clothing brand Tommy Hilfiger, British jeweller Monica Vinader, cosmetics brand L’Occitane and footwear retailer Dune London have also agreed prelets.
Beauty retailer Space NK and fashion brand Reiss have decided to reopen at Broadgate.
The line-up is rounded off by Gant, Kiehl’s, Watches of Switzerland, Neom and the Body Shop, in addition to office occupiers including law firm Millbank, Japanese bank Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Europe and advisory house Peel Hunt.
David Lockyer, head of Broadgate at British Land, said: “We’ve had exceptional leasing success at Broadgate, where the calibre of retail occupier really sets the tone for the rest of the campus.”
The masterplan for Broadgate will deliver 4.9m sq ft of workspace, shops and restaurants.
