They discuss what a rent review means, how it is conducted and the type of person who is suited to the role. Chris reflects on how he found his way into the profession, what he has most enjoyed about it over the years and how being inquisitive and analytical, as well as understanding the market, is key to being successful in the role.
He says: “To be successful, you need to understand what you enjoy and what you’re good at, because if you enjoy something then you’ll be good at it, and if you’re good at it then you’ll enjoy it.”
