BrewDog COO David McDowall has left the Scottish brewer to run Stonegate, the pubs and bars group behind the Slug and Lettuce and Popworld chains.
He will join the 4,500-site chain in February, with Simon Longbottom, Stonegate’s current chief executive, standing down.
