Brent approves 995 more homes at Wembley Park

Quintain has secured planning consent for up to 995 new homes in Wembley Park.  The London Borough of Brent unanimously resolved to grant permission for the redevelopment of the site along Olympic Way, which is currently home to the Stadium Retail Park and former Fountain Studios. Known as Fulton Quarter the development, designed by GRID Architects, will deliver a residential led mixed-use scheme. The consented scheme will bring the total number of units planned for Wembley Park up to 8,400.  The homes will range in size from studios to four-beds. The affordable housing across the scheme prioritises genuinely affordable tenures, with 70% of the affordable homes at affordable rent levels. Of these affordable rent homes, 55% will be family-sized units.   Wembley Park is one of London’s biggest housing delivery schemes, with over 3,200 homes currently under construction.
