Holtby Turner has appointed Liz Peace as non-executive director.
She will join the consultancy in October after she retires as chief executive of the BPF.
Peace has championed the property sector since she joined the BPF in 2002, playing an instrumental role in the introduction of real estate investment trusts (REITs) and legislative changes across planning, taxation and commercial leasing. She announced her impending retirement from the organisation earlier this year.
