Boxpark moves into new HQ in Shoreditch
Street food market operator Boxpark has moved to a new office headquarters in Shoreditch, EC2.
The company, which was previously registered at Diplocks Yard in Brighton, has taken more than 3,000 sq ft at 60 Worship Street on a two-year and seven-month lease for £56.10 per sq ft, according to Radius.
The new office is close to the company’s upcoming landmark opening at TfL’s Metropolitan Arcade on Liverpool Street.

In its most recent financial report, covering the year to 30 April 2022, the company posted a profit of nearly £4m, putting it back in the black after a £2.3m loss the year before.
The group said at the time of the results’ publication in February that it had three sites under development and expected to sign more sites for 2024 before the end of this year. Boxpark recently received investment from private equity firm Lloyds Development Capital to help implement its expansion plans.
