The Boutique Workplace Company has on the contract to create a new serviced-office space in Birmingham.
Cervidae, the landlord of the 26,000 sq ft period property on Colmore Row, invited six operators to tender for the contract to provide 423 workstations.
The deal cements Boutique’s efforts to expand beyond London. The serviced-office provider currently operates 30 workplaces across London, Kingston-upon-Thames and South Oxfordshire and Birmingham. Colmore Row will be its fourth joint venture in the last 18 months.
