Boohoo buys £72m Soho office after brand buying spree
Fast fashion specialist Boohoo has bought a £72m office in Soho, as the group looks to scale up its operations in the wake of buying the Debenhams brand last year.
The company has bought 10 Great Pulteney Street, W1, from Singaporean investor Sinar Mas Land, and said it will move 600 London-based employees into the property on a flexible working basis.
The building contains more than 43,000 sq ft of office space, representing a significant increase from Boohoo’s current London HQ at Euston Tower, NW1, in which it occupies around 20,800 sq ft, according to Radius Data Exchange.

Boohoo’s property swoop comes after a number of acquisitions. As well as Debenhams, the online fashion retailer has also bought Arcadia divisions Burton, Dorothy Perkins and Wallis.
It has also bought the Oasis, Warehouse, Karen Millen and Coast brands, as part of a buying spree going back to 2019.
Sinar Mas Land bought the building in 2014 for £57m.
Boohoo said: “Since acquiring the Karen Millen and Coast brands in 2019, the group’s presence in London has grown significantly through organic means and more recently through the acquisitions of the Oasis, Warehouse, Debenhams, Dorothy Perkins, Burton and Wallis brands.
“The new office is intended to become home for all London-based product, marketing, technology and central support teams, offering flexible working for approximately 600 of our colleagues.”
