Bond Wolfe raises £25m as October success rate soars

A total of 142 lots sold, including two for Birmingham City Council.
Two freehold retail properties at 147 & 147a Dudley Road, Birmingham, sold for their £315,000 guide price, while a freehold retail investment at 74 Nursery Road, Hockley, sold for £175,000 off a guide of £160,000.

The top seller of the day was the first lot, which saw competitive bidding for a former Methodist church at 140 Alum Rock Road, Birmingham. The freehold vacant building sold for just over £1.5m, off a guide of £350,000.
