BNP PRE promotes 149 staff

BNP Paribas Real Estate has boosted the careers of 149 individuals in its annual round of promotions. A total of nine employees have been promoted to senior director, 29 to director, 32 to senior associate director and 28 to associate director. The promotions are across a wide range of locations and cover all business lines – residential, rural, commercial and central functions. The nine senior directors promoted are Victoria Seal in the firm’s London development consultancy; Michael Umfreville in alternatives and data centres; James Marner in the national development team in Chelmsford; Lindsey Lock in the valuation team in Oxford; Paul Milsom in the lease advisory team in Birmingham; James Gow in the Kensington residential agency team; James Hockley in the London residential valuation team; Jim Ball, a valuation director in the Sevenoaks office; and Guy Cooke in the office agency team in Sheffield.
