BNP PRE sets up new tenant advisory team

BNP Paribas Real Estate has set up a new UK team to advise occupiers. Dan Bayley, who has spent more than two decades with the business and is its co-head of Central London offices, will lead a new unit as head of tenant representation. The team will advise occupiers with leasing, strategy and building consultancy as well as working alongside the firm’s occupier solutions team, led by Tom Bolland.
