B&M takes former Wilko store at Leeds’ Crossgates centre

B&M has signed a five-year lease at Praxis’ Crossgates Shopping Centre in Leeds following a refit of the 30,000 sq ft former Wilko store. The FTSE 250-listed retailer will pay a rent of £100,000 per annum. The latest deal completes the lease up of all seven former Wilko stores across the Praxis portfolio, including children’s leisure operator Fun Shack moving into the former Wilko store in Middlesbrough and Barnsley Hospital moving some of its outpatient services to the former Wilko store in Alhambra Shopping Centre.
