B&M makes a home at 674,000 sq ft Ellesmere Port logistics site
Cain International has signed B&M Retail at Link 674 on Link Logistics Park in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, in one of the UK’s largest logistics deals this year.
B&M has signed a 10-year lease for 674,265 sq ft at the facility, managed by Firethorn Trust on behalf of Cain.
B&M operates 764 stores across the UK, together with 129 in France, located in both out-of-town retail parks and shopping centres.

B&M operates 764 stores across the UK, together with 129 in France, located in both out-of-town retail parks and shopping centres.
The site will serve as an imports centre, managing inbound container flow and enhancing the ability of B&M UK’s five existing distribution centres to handle increasing volumes.
