Bloor Homes gets nod for 650-home Crewe scheme

Bloor Homes’ plans to create a 650-home neighbourhood in the south-east of Crewe, Cheshire, have been given the go-ahead by Cheshire East Council.

The move is in line with planning officer’s recommendation last week.

The South Cheshire Growth Village scheme, designed by Wood Architects, will contain 30% affordable homes and will also enhance the Grade II listed park and garden associated with Crewe Hall, which is Grade I listed.
