Block Workspace takes 21,000 sq ft at Oval’s Fairfax in Bristol
Oval Real Estate has secured serviced office operator Block Workspace for its 15-storey Fairfax development in Bristol.
The firm has signed a 15-year lease on 21,325 sq ft of space covering second, third, fifth and 12th floors in the building. Block has also taken on the management contract for the building, which includes reception services and events and meeting space management.
Rents at the Fairfax, which is located close to Castle Park and the Old City, range between £38 per sq ft and £42.50 per sq ft, depending on fit-out.

The 66,667 sq ft building has recently undergone a full refurbishment with roof terraces, an exercise studio, a coffee lounge, meeting rooms as well as cycle and changing facilities.
