Blake Horsley to lead P3 group development team

P3 has appointed Blake Horsley as group development director. Horsley, who joined P3 at the start of 2016 as country head for Romania, will oversee the company’s portfolio, which has grown by more than 6.8m sq ft to 43m sq ft in the past year. He was previously the manager of Colliers International’s metropolitan sales and leasing teams in Wellington – the company’s youngest ever manager at 23. He was then appointed Colliers’ director of capital markets in Romania before becoming vice president and head of acquisitions for Benevo Capital Corporation, also in Romania.
