Bigwood raised £8.5m from a mixture of commercial and residential stock at its 26 May sale in Birmingham.
Investors chased regulated residential tenancy investments and a portfolio of former public houses, pushing the success rate to 68%, with 63 of 90 properties selling.
Two partially converted semi-detached houses in Sparkhill, Birmingham, made £196,000 off a £50,000 reserve.
The largest lot, a former care home in Payton road, Birmingham, made £540,000 off a reserve of £400,000.
