Big Yellow has conditionally sold its warehouse scheme in Harrow, north-west London, for £61m.
Completion of the sale is conditional on practical completion of the development, and is expected to occur in August of this year.
Big Yellow has deployed approximately £32m of capex to date to create the scheme and is left with an acre of land on which it is building an 82,000 sq ft self-storage facility, which is scheduled to open later this summer.
