Big Yellow Group appoints non-exec director

Big Yellow Group has appointed Laela Pakpour Tabrizi as a non-executive director to work on the company’s audit, remuneration and nomination committees. Tabrizi, who is currently chief financial officer of automotive tech scale-up MotorK, will join the Big Yellow Group board from 1 July. Prior to her role at MotorK, Tabrizi was chief financial officer of private jet operator company VistaJet, and before that, worked in BNP Paribas’ structured finance department. Big Yellow Group’s non-executive director, Georgina Harvey, has meanwhile announced that she will not be seeking re-election to the board at the company’s upcoming AGM. She will be stepping down after seven years on the board.
