Big Yellow Self Storage has partnered with Lesingham to build a £40m multi-unit industrial development alongside a new Big Yellow storage centre in Harrow, north-west London.
The plot – on the old Kodak site on Harrow View – has outline planning consent for a 78,000 sq ft self-storage centre and around 112,000 sq ft of warehouse space.
Don Bailey, founder of industrial developer Lesingham, said: “This project enables the development of space that is very much in demand in this strategic location. The scheme which represents a considerable investment in Harrow.”
