Cannock Cricket Club in Staffordshire, which the online auctioneer sold in its July auction for £1.453m, is also again listed, with a guide price of £600,000, after the previous sale fell through.
“Whilst the BidX1 digital platform was successful in closing the bidding process and securing a qualified buyer, unfortunately, due to reasons outside its control, the buyer was unable to complete the sale,” a BidX1 spokesman said.
“However, the seller understands the benefits of BidX1 and has relisted the site for the next sale.”
Established in Ireland in 2011, BidX1 launched its UK online auctions business in October 2018, after receiving a large cash injection from private equity house Pollen Street Capital.
