Bidwells is sitting comfortably at the top of the industrials leader board in EG’s Radius rankings for the East of England, having acted on 301,250 sq ft of space between 1 January and 16 April.
The agent increased its lead with a 10,852 sq ft letting in Bar Hill near Cambridge (pictured), completed on 13 April. JLL is in second place after transacting 233,138 sq ft of space, while Eddisons, which handled 55,088 sq ft, is in third.
The result was revealed by the EG Radius On-Demand Rankings, a new tool to provide a snapshot view of the latest commercial property deals and which agents are landing them across the UK.
