Berkeley pops up in Hong Kong to lure buyers

Berkeley Group has leased a pop-up space in one of Hong Kong’s prime shopping districts to market its UK homes to Chinese buyers.

The developer, which already has an outpost in the Landmark in Central, has leased an 8,000 sq ft, four-storey store in Causeway Bay, which was formerly occupied by La Perla and Gucci.

The lease will last for one month, and is an attempt to provide a more “experiential retail” approach to connect potential buyers with the brand.
