Berkeley has appointed Lee Baron to act as property manager for West End Gate, an 853-unit development in Marylebone, W2.
Designed by Squire & Partners, the scheme is being developed in phases, with the first homes ready for occupation in March 2020.
The current phases are the 30-storey Westmark Tower and Garrett Mansions. The next building, Asquith House, is launching soon. Resident amenities will include a gym, spa, business lounge and cinema.
