Bellway Homes is set to receive planning approval to add 221-home to its 850-home Tipner East scheme, in Portsmouth.
Portsmouth City Council is set to approve Bellway’s plans in conjunction with Homes England in a planning meeting later this week.
The new homes will be a mix of one to four-bedroom family homes.
Bellway has increased the number of homes in its proposal by 41% since it submitted its initial EIA in 2018.
