Belfast’s former Santander HQ comes to market

The former headquarters of Santander in Belfast has been brought to market for offers of around £6.5m. CBRE NI has been tasked with finding a buyer for 1 Mays Meadow, a 57,000 sq ft city centre office being marketed as an opportunity for refurbishment, redevelopment or regeneration. The four-storey building is close to the offices of companies including KPMG, Concentrix and Allstate.
